This year, one of the updates is that Double Handed boats will start in their own handicap-based starting group and will sail the same course as the entire fleet.
The requirements for calculating results in the Double Handed class are outlined in the Notice of Race, section 7.3:
”Note! The calculation will only be carried out if the boat is registered in the FinRating class with a DH certificate.”
Registering with a DH certificate naturally requires compliance with the crew limitations specified in the certificate.
